Guatemala: Rosma Bourbon

Originally purchased by Don Alejandro Morales in 1963, the farm was inherited by Dr. Fredy Milton Morales Merida in 1980 and renamed Rosma in honor of his wife, Rose Mary. A defining milestone in the farm's history was the installation of a five-kilometer pipeline that delivers fresh spring water to its ecological wet mill, allowing every harvest to be processed with remarkable consistency and quality.

This Bourbon lot is traditionally washed, undergoing approximately 36 hours of fermentation before drying for two days on patios and an additional 12–18 days inside a greenhouse. The careful processing highlights the elegance and clarity that have made Finca Rosma one of Guatemala's most respected producers. A consistent Cup of Excellence finalist, Rosma earned an outstanding 2nd Place in Guatemala's 2023 Cup of Excellence, reflecting its longstanding commitment to excellence in every cup.
